There are several places you can visit arround Banidpur

Thani Mai (Purano Kot)

Purano Kot was originally a fort and lies on the top of a hill west from Bandipur. On the top is a small temple and a good but peacefull view point to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Siddha Cave

The Siddha Cave is Nepal biggest cave, you can visit the cave with a guide, which you can find at the entrance of the Siddha Cave. Don't forget to bring a very good torch light so you can see all the stalacites and stalagmites. Just follow the signs Siddha Cave, and keep on walking for a while. About one hour or so.

Ramkot Village

Ramkot Village is a two hour pleassant walk over a ridge. Ramkot itself is a nice little village but nothing more than that. Don't expect a lot from the village, but the walk is very nice.
