Air Lazur General Aviation is an air company owned by Petrol Holding Joint-Stock Company. It was established in 2002 but it actually exists since 1996 being the successor of the following air companies: Yukos, Naftex and Petrol Holding Joint-Stock Company. Over the years it has managed to establish high standard of VIP services in the area of business aviation and has developed a network of loyal customers.
